Workstation Jib Cranes

Free Standing Work Station Jib Cranes are the ideal substitute for traditional, heavy I-Beam Jib Cranes. These jibs are designed to service circular areas and support tool balancers, air balancers, vacuum lifters, and hoists. When floor mounted, Workstation Jib Cranes can accommodate up to a 360 degree rotation. Workstation Jib Cranes area available in capacities from 100 lbs. to 1000 lbs. with spans up to 16 ft.

Most can be bolted directly to existing floors without adding special foundations
Feature a retaining pin through the pivot pin to help resist accidental upward dislodgement of the boom assembly
Includes hoist trolley
Roller bearings provide for unsurpassed ease of movement.
Portable Bases are available with forklift pockets for flexible positioning.

Workstation Jib Crane Portable Bases

Portable counterweight bases are available for Freestanding Workstation Jibs, which allow Jib to be moved by large fork lift anywhere in the facility.

Portable Workstation Cranes eliminate the need for redundant hoisting equipment. One unit can handle multiple areas.
